snoday.ai ("snoday", "we", "us") is building Snowpack, a local-first memory tool for AI coding agents. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Basic request data — like IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps. These are captured automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) in standard server logs and are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
- Correspondence — if you email us at hello@snoday.ai, we keep the email so we can reply. The website itself has no forms and collects no email addresses.
We do not currently run any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and note it on this page.
Why we collect it

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share limited data only with service providers that help us run the site:
- Vercel — hosts the website and stores standard server logs.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request, or until you ask us to delete it.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will honour them.
Cookies
This website does not currently set any tracking or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Children
snoday.ai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
